I’m moving to a new area after two years in this flat, so I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table and wardrobe. It also has a small built in wardrobe and cupboard. It’s the only room on the upper floor, so it feels private and separate from the rest of the flat. I’ve also added a desk and a chest of drawers and have still have plenty of space! Would be open to selling the chest of drawers if you’re interested.

The flat has 5 bedrooms, but it never feels crowded since everyone has different schedules, so communal spaces don’t get busy. 2 of the other rooms are currently rented by two guys in their 20s, and the other 2 rooms may also be available - if you’re looking with a friend, happy to put you in touch with the agents!
