Ideal location for someone working in and around Belfast, in close proximity to metro and glider bus routes and 20 min walk to Belfast city centre, with Belfast City Hospital train station a 10 min walk! Directly across from the m1 also for anyone driving!

Located between Belfast City Hospital and all Royal Victoria Hospital so ideal for medical professional or student etc. :)

House comes fully furnished, Gas heating and electric bills are pay as you go so just topped up when needed and bills split! WiFi already set up and would be 12.50 a month per roommate :)

Everything is included with this house as I have all amenities such as pots, cutlery, plates, lamps, TV, microwave etc.

On street parking available
