A room in a student house of 5 other guys. Lovely size room in a great house just off the Lisburn Road, Belfast. There is a large kitchen/dining area, 6 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sharing with 5 other university students who are all in second year at Queens. There is a dishwasher, a washing machine, tumble drier and excellent broadband. (The broadband costs an extra £7 a month!) There is also a small yard out the back. Price excludes utilities which are shared between the 6 of us. The only reason I am looking to rent this out is because I have pulled out of university and now going away to work in England. Available until end June.
