We have a lovely double room to rent off the Ormeau road in a modern 4 bed house.

The room comes with a double bed, new mattress protector, wardrobe, chest of drawers & lamp.

We are a sociable house of 2 males & 1 female all in our mid/late 20s who have known each other for years. Our housemate is moving to Canada and so we have a room free. We all work full-time. This house would suit someone who works full-time or who is a mature student.

Ideally we are looking for someone who enjoys hanging out in the evenings and weekends. We have furnished the house to a good standard.
We have a muched loved labrador-cross so dog lovers only need apply!

Various lengths of tenancies considered. The room is available mid-November.
£250 per month including great wifi and bills (gas/electric)are shared. The house has been rewired, replumbed and gas installed all within the last 12 months. Gas and electricity is normally £10 a month so low running costs.
