We are looking for a flatmate in a 4 bedroom property, 2 minutes walking away from West Ham Station.

You would be living with only 2 other professional females.
We are super friendly and chilled people, but we do respect each other's space. We like to hang out in the kitchen, cook together, etc, and have some drinks together in the garden time to time, but we are both working full time, and like to just stay in our rooms and have some quiet time.
We are looking for a flatmate with similar lifestyle

The rent is £617, it will come up to around £700 with all the bills.

The contract will start from the 11th of September.
