This is a 5 bedroom semi-detached house with 3 available double rooms.

All rooms are available for one month, from August 20th until September 19th. There is some room for negotiation on the move in date and on rent.

We have very spacious communal areas downstairs. These include a kitchen-dining room; a large living room; a roomy lobby; an office; two bathrooms; a sweet garage that we've turned into an extra lounge, and bike storage space. We also have a driveway and a garden, and a tonne of musical instruments.

The nearest train stations are Streatham Hill (8 minute walk) and Tulse Hill (15 minute walk). Nearest underground stations are Brixton (Victoria line) and Clapham Common (Northern line) - both ~10/15min bus-ride away.

We're a ~15min walk from Streatham Common and Tooting Bec Common. We are a 5min walk from Streatham High Street (EUROPE'S LONGEST HIGH STREET), which has loads of big supermarkets (inc. Lidl), bars & pubs, restaurants, a cinema, gig venues, loads of shops etc.

There are two of us here at the moment. Matt (29), an opera conductor and Flora (27) a professional violinist. Matt and Flora are a couple and they share a room.
