I'm looking for someone for the spare double room as my lovely flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend. It’s a beautifully decorated, bright top floor flat with skylights, bright kitchen and a cosy living room with a big 50 inch TV.

The bedroom is on the top floor, very quiet and over looking to a very big garden. There is also a small spare room to use for laundry/luggage or a study room.

There is a double bed, wardrobe, a desk, a chair, an ottoman chest and a chest of drawers.

10 minutes walking distance between Streatham Hill and Tulse Hill stations going directly to central London. It takes around 10 minutes to go to the high street where you can find M&S, Co-op, Tesco, Starbucks etc. If you are a gym goer there are also many gyms around ( Fitness first and Virgin Active)

About me: You will be sharing the flat only with me. I'm a 33-year-old professional working as a teacher. Relaxed, tidy, keen on sports and chilling at home watching Netflix. Looking for a like minded professional who wants a clean and peaceful place to call home rather than a big house share.
