Hey there, we are Ryan, Nick, and Kittie on the lookout for a new flatmate to call our house a home.

We have a very big double plus room to rent in a big house, freshly and thoroughly renovated top to bottom. The house has a big, quiet garden in the back, a large living room with French doors opening to the garden, and a big kitchen. There’s a washing machine, a dishwasher, a fridge, and a Henry too. Superfast Virgin broadband (200Mb) is more than enough for everyone to work, game, and watch Netflix on.

There are very good transport links all around - 20 min to Brixton to catch the Victoria Line, about half an hour to Croydon. To get to central London we’ve got three train stations close, with trains to London Bridge or Victoria every 10 minutes. You can get to Balham on the train in a few minutes, which connects you to the Northern Line.

A short walk away you can find a Lidl, big Sainsbury’s, huge 24 hour Tesco but also Aldi and M&S. Gym wise there’s Virgin Active, The Gym and also BETTER (with a skating rink!).

If you’re a friendly, laid back person looking to join a friendly house share and love cats then get in touch - this might be the place you’re looking for.

The room comes unfurnished or furnished - depends on your needs. There's one big wardrobe and we have a nice shelving unit and a sofa that we can move in there. We can also get a bed in there for you if needed. Bills come up to around £110-120 a month and the room is available immediately.

Kitties welcome but doggies unfortunately not, as we already have a cat.
