The bedroom is just £493.33 a month including bills, which is a steal for the area. It comes furnished with a bed, sofa, wardrobe, two chests of drawers and a bookcase. The kitchen and bathroom (separate toilet) have recently been renovated and are bright and spacious. The entrance hallway is large with 2 wall-mounted cycle racks. There is a deposit of one month's rent.

The rest of the flat is made up of Victor, a DJ and music producer, Elisa, a dance and choreography student, and one unoccupied room which is being advertised separately on spareroom (Ad ref# 15598209).

The flat is a 15 min bus ride (stop right outside the house) from either Brixton or Tooting Bec stations (so between both Northern and Victoria lines) or a 10 min walk to either Streatham or Streatham Common stations which take you to London Bridge (25 mins), Victoria (20 mins) and Peckham (15 mins). Tooting Common is just 5 mins walk away great! Regarding amenities, we are opposite a Sainsburys Local and 15 mins walk from Streatham’s large Aldi, Tesco and M&S. Streatham High Road with its wide array of pubs and restaurants is 15 mins walk away as well so we are pretty well covered. Obviously, the biggest selling point though is the rent being so cheap!

The room is available from the 7th February and we are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. Unfortunately we cannot accept housing benefits.
