I have TWO rooms becoming available in my very homey 3 bedroom flat in a safe, quiet and secure gated development just 3 minutes walk from Streatham Hill station. The flat has just finished being completely refurbished with fresh paint on the walls, new fixtures and fittings and new beds.

About me, my name is Richard and I'm the landlord. I've owned the flat now for about 10 years and I am a big believer in looking for the right tenants who can look after the place but also spending my own money to keep it modern and problem free.

You would be living with Simone, 30, a professional in hospitality who is respectful, clean and tidy.

About the flat: this is a 3 bedroom flat spread on two floors. On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms, bathroom and ensuite bathroom.
On the first floor is the kitchen and living room. The house comes furnished and has recently been refurbished.

Rooms and the flat come full furnished - bedroom comes with bed/mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table.

**Distances and transport**
3 mins walk from the station (trains to London Bridge, Wimbledon, St. Pancras and all stations in between) and high street with plenty of options for food shopping from Lidl and Aldi to Tesco and M&S.
Different gyms (Streatham leisure centre is about 10 mins walk and has gym, swimming pool and ice rink), lots of bars and restaurants.

Brixton and Tooting Bec tube station (Northern Line) is a short bus journey away (5 to 10 mins depending on time of the day) or 25 mins if you like to walk.

Tooting Bec park and lido are within walking distance too (5mins)
