15 mins walk from Mitcham Eastfields, both are about 22 mins in to Victoria station.
London Bridge is about 30 mins on overground or faster if you go via Balham (6 mins by train) and take the northern line.
Croydon is about 12 mins by train, buses take you to Brixton and Streatham station directly (40 and 10 mins respectively)

The house was refurbished 3.5 years ago so water tight, warm, and looks good. There is a good sized patio with bbq to enjoy too. If you don't like triple bi-folding doors from a kitchen diner to a patio, you are lying

There are two current flatmates, a girl and guy late twenties / early 30s, both professionals and both extremely friendly and very easy to live with. Having lived there myself I’ve enjoyed everything with them from freshly made lasagne, freshly baked cookies, freshly delivered dominos, and fresh original conversation!

The house has all furnishings and is ready to move straight in and live there (house plants, sofa, tv, internet, table, bed, drawers) and kitchen fully equipped (crockery, cutlery pots and pans, microwave, fridge freezer, built in washing machine, oven and dishwasher)
