(Two are couples, which is part of the reason the rent per person is quite cheap). The room is medium sized but the house is spacious. Includes a kitchen/dining room, living room, garden, and garage (which has been made into a little den).

It’s about 50 minutes into central London by public transport; 30 by bike. Brixton is a short bus up the road. The local neighbourhood is quaint. You can get everything you need on the high street a few minutes away.

Price: £500/month, plus bills. Available from Jan 4 (although if you need to move sooner, you can stay in our spare room in the meantime).
