Hi,

My flat is a 2 bedroom ground floor flat. I own it but from October, I will be in and out of the country and spending most of my time away, so although I am renting out a room, in reality you will have the run of the place most of the time.

My place is located on a quiet street and is an 8 min walk to Streatham Common (Tooting Broadway is 5 mins on a bus). I am ideally looking for a chilled out person (or couple) to move in, who are respectful and clean.

I am coming back into the country at the beginning of April 2023 and depending on my plans, might need the room back.
