We're looking for a new flatmate for our lovely flat in Streatham Common.

The room is very cozy and looks out onto our shared garden. The bed in the photos is a kingsize, and can be left behind if required.

The flat is a five minute walk from the train station and between seven and fifteen minutes walk from local supermarkets.

We are a very creative and sociable flat, we enjoy regular drinks and barbecues. Our schedules are relatively flexible so we're rarely in each other's way.

Rent is £445 a month, plus bills.
