We are 4 girls living together in this lovely sunny house share in Streatham Hill, a fab mix of British, Kiwi, and French. Our flatmate Emma is moving back to Sweden, so we're looking for a fun, tidy and easy-going flatmate to take over her room.

The landlord refurbished the house back in early 2017 and we've all lived here happily ever since.

The cost of the room is £650. It is furnished with bed, 2 bedside drawers, wardrobe & 1 set of drawers. You will share the bathroom with only one other person - a spacious bathroom including a bath.

We're very lucky to have a small garden at the back where we spend a lot of time drinking wine in the syn and having BBQs.

The house is a 5 minute walk to Streatham Hill station, a 15 min bus ride to Brixton underground & a 20 minute walk to Balham. It is also a stones throw away from shops and tooting common.

The house is looking for a new housemate who is happy, easy going and tidy. The landlord lives in Streatham and is easy going and helpful. The house has no noisy neighbors and really is a lovely place to live.
