I have a double room and a single room (which have recently been refurbished along with the bathroom) available in a shared house in Stretford (chorlton border). Close to the Trafford centre and Salford university. All bills are included and short term let of two to three months as I’m selling my house, Which is close to the Stretford Metrolink and a bus stop for easy access to the city centre.

There is parking available nearby on Sydney street. The rooms are clean and are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, draws and a computer desk. Hi speed Wifi is included. The house is friendly and quiet with a large communal kitchen and patio garden area, great for getting together for a nice meal and a chat. No smoking in house but allowed on patio area. The owner lives on premises half the week and off the premises the other half sometimes away longer, owner works as plumber with his son

A returnable deposit of 300 pounds is required plus four weeks rent (£400) in advance. The rent is paid every 4 weeks, lodgers are expected to keep rooms and shared areas clean and help with the cleaning when necessary.
