Hi there, I have just moved into my own home in Sutton-in-Ashfield after relocating from Nottingham, I would like to rent out the largest double room 15ft x 14ft, the room has a king size bed and plenty of storage, 2 brand new contemporary chest of drawers, and a separate alcove with a hanging rail, floor length curtains, a TV point, and space for a desk should you require one.
There is faster fibre broadband from Talk Talk.
The kitchen dining area is huge and has a kitchen island with a 5 hob range cooker and dishwasher, there is a separate utility room with a downstairs toilet, hand basin and washing machine. I have also had a woodburner installed.
The garden is approx 120ft long with a large decking area for entertaining and a patio area near the house which gets alot of sun.
Although there is no garage there is allocated parking just in front of the house.
I am quite open minded as to whom i share with, i dont want to specify a long list of requirements because its more about who i connect with generally, and dont have an ideal type.
