I am looking for an LBGTQ+ working person (single occupancy only) for a double bedroom to let in a house share in Belmont/Sutton. SM2 6JB

The room has a double Divan Ottoman Side Lift Storage Bed, a choice of 1 or 2 wardrobes, a chest of draws and a bedside table. It overlooks the front garden and is West facing.

The house has just been decorated and totally re-carpeted, giving it a light airy feel.

The bathroom and separate toilet have been recently redecorated.

The house is situated on a quiet street very close to Belmont Village, with plenty of free parking on the roads outside.

Belmont station is a short six-minute walk away and buses to Sutton and Epsom stations stop outside the door.

I am looking for a person who is fun, but who also understands a working household. I am easy going, open minded and respectful, and would expect the same in return.

You would be sharing the main bathroom with 2 others but the house has the benefit of a shared lounge, a fully equipped kitchen with two ovens, utility room, conservatory, gas central heating, unlimited broadband with Wi-Fi along with a secluded large garden.

There is no smoking in the house but there is a covered seating area with a heater just outside the back door in the garden.

All gas and electrical safety certificates are up to date.

Rent includes all bills

You must like small/medium sized well-behaved dogs, as there is one in the house along with fish ponds in the garden.

If you like gardening then that is an added bonus lol.

One month’s deposit is required.
