A light and spacious single room in a highly sought after location, just a few minutes from the beach.

The accommodation is a 3 bed house, with off-street parking and garden. All bills and amenities are included. There is a shared bathroom and you’d be welcome to use the shared lounge. There’s also outdoor storage for bicycles, and buses to Poole and Bournemouth go every hour from the bus stop, which is a 10 minute walk away.

I’m 31 years old, and I have a lovely, sometimes cheeky, cat called Dash. I’m warm, friendly and a bit nerdy. I like to keep the house clean and tidy, so I ask that you respect that in the communal areas. I geek out on films (and critiquing them- sorry, not sorry) and video games. I enjoy keeping fit and eating healthily and I also like going on adventures. I often get lost but you’d be welcome to join me.

Having said all that, I work away from home (Dash comes with me) and come back to Swanage about once a month. However, there is another lodger staying at the property. He’s in his 30’s too. He’s a police officer and is very friendly and easy to get on with. He’s usually out and about with friends and family but is always up for a chat when he’s home.
