I've moved out of my student home as I have finished and have a job elsewhere. The house is on Balaclava Street, St Thomas, very close to the bus stop and cycle path (10 mins to Swansea University Bay Campus or a bit longer to Singleton); Sainsbury's, other shops and Wind Street are all in easy walking distance. Very close to the SA1 campus and Bay campus.
It would be good to have a friendly, down to earth people to share the house, currently with one male and one female in early 20s. One is moving out soon so one room is available now and one on 1st September.

The house was renovated a couple of years ago and the bedroom has a double bed. There is also a large kitchen and shared through lounge/dining room with SmartTV and fast WiFi. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and garden. The tenancy is available now and is £450 per month.
