Hi!

I'm looking for a flatmate to fill a large double room with an ensuite bathroom included. It's a spacious room with a bay window, ensuite bathroom equipped with shower, and wardrobe, a five minute walk from the city centre and ten/fifteen minutes from both Uplands and the beach.
I have small animals including gerbils, an enclosed tortoise and a dog who spends a couple of days a week with me and i also smoke occasionally so please take that into consideration :)
I divide my time between this flat and my partner's but am very sociable and friendly!
Most bills are included in the price per month aside from electricity and council tax (if you're eligible to pay for it).
