Hi there,

I’m currently renting and I’m looking for a housemate to share my home. Located on the city facing side of Townhill just above Rosehill Quarry. Bus links to the city centre at the end of the street and it’s a 15 min walk to Uplands (all downhill). For those who drive there’s plenty of parking here too.

Rent is £350 excl bills.
Bills come to about £150 a month.

I’ve received too many messages from people who don’t understand the advert and for one reason or another they don’t provide any information about themselves. I’m not running a hotel this is my home. If you can’t converse with me as a human being you aren’t suitable.

The house has three bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living space. There’s also a concrete out-house for some storage. I have furnished the house myself with some items donated from family and friends.

I have a preference for young professionals but it’s not dealbreaker.

About me - I’m quite outgoing and enjoy music, gigs and festivals. Can find me down the gym a few days a week. I’m hybrid working so I’m home occasionally on weekdays. I am a casual naturist which means clothes are optional in the house, more so in the summer months than winter. I also have an adorable shaggy old dog who mostly sleeps and wants food.

About you - Social, outgoing, open minded and like a good chin wag. Enjoy sharing food and puts effort into making a space homely. Have a full-time job or very close to it.

All potential housemates will have to pass a vibe check from me and my dog. So you need to be able to meet me and visit my home before any decisions are made.
