Hi,

I am advertising this rooms for rent in my home in Sketty, Swansea. I am a music technology lecturer by trade and am looking for someone interesting and fun to share my home with.

I’m not in a hurry, to let the rooms, I just want to find the right person/people.

Ideally you will have a love of music, art, culture etc and will possibly be a postgraduate student or a professional. I have a cat so this must not be a problem for you as he is quite fluffy.
The house itself is a very light and airy 1920s semi detached with large entrance hall and 3 reception rooms downstairs. Two of these are living rooms (with one having a wood burning stove), whilst the third room is a dining area off the kitchen. The kitchen was installed a few years ago so is nice and fresh. The house has been required and redecorated extensively and is nice and fresh throughout. Rooms are available from Feb 2020.

Upstairs there is a brand new Bathroom, separate toilet room, three bedrooms and my office.

There are gardens to the front and rear of the property.

The house is a 10 minute stroll through the park from the university, and is 2 minutes walk to many local amenities including: coffee shops, Hair salons, Bakeries, Supermarkets, Take aways, a hardware store, music shop, charity shop, fishing shop, post office, petrol station etc.

Potential flatmates must be: Independent, clean and Tidy, chilled out (no flat out hedonists), responsible, down to earth etc. You know who you are!
