Beautiful, safe and bright flat with great transport links sandwiched between Sydenham, Penge West and Penge East - right opposite Sydenham tennis club. I own the property and live there with my baby son Freddie. I’m currently on maternity leave and we frequently are away visiting family.. or in bed really early!. He’s very quiet for baby and we’ve had a number of successful short term house shares already who’ve enjoyed seeing him (a PHD student and a drama student). I’m pretty relaxed and chilled….happy to have a chat now and again but also respect your privacy. Ideally looking for someone for between 2 and 5 months stay but would consider shorter or longer too. The room comes with double bed, a cupboard, a office table and chair.. and a view of the tennis court!
