The house has a spacious kitchen/dining, with a big American style fridge, and plenty of cupboards and worktop space. Complete of washing machine, dishwasher, powerful oven, and varied cooking equipment and cutleries (with special wine glasses too), so whilst welcome, you won't need to supply any of your own. We have a big garden too with decking, hammock, BBQ and a 4x3mt swimming pool which can be installed during summer.
You will share the bathroom with the person inhabiting the the other room once is rented; the house has a guests toilet on the ground floor.
There is also a garage which you are welcome to use for some storage (eg your suitcases or bicycle).

Super fast WiFi and cable TV, we also have a xbox which is seldom used (which you are free to use). Off road parking is also available, alternatively there is plenty of parking on the street or the leisure centre car park across the road.
The leisure centre across the road is great, with a nice swimming pool and gym facilities.

The bedroom is large, quiet view over the park. It's furnished with a queen size bed, luxury mattress, 2 wardrobes with plenty of space, bedside tables. (please refer to photo). The ensuite has power shower and looks over the rear garden. The room is very quiet, cozy and very good sunlight exposure.
