Hi there! Here’s my spare room that I’m looking to have someone move into.

The room: Double bedroom with king size bed, chest of drawers and built in corner cupboard (rail and shelves). The window looks out of the back over the garden, and catches the morning sunshine.

The house: 3 bedroom semi-detached house with private (walled) garden to the rear. I have converted the smallest room into a WFH office. Bathroom upstairs, and downstairs is open living and dining space, with an enclosed kitchen. Double doors lead from the living space onto the rear patio.

Location: the house is in central Wellington, a 5 minute walk onto the main high street with plenty of pubs, restaurants, and all your high street basics. Waitrose is a 3-5 minute walk away, and Lidl is a 10-15 minute walk. There’s a choice of gyms around the town, and Wellington is super easy to get onto the motorway! Some great country walks around too. Regular coaches head to Bristol / Plymouth / London / Exeter and stop 10 minute walk from the house.

Me: I’m Hunter (name), a 32 year old, outdoorsy and like to keep myself busy. Big on my sailing and surfing, sociable, and like to experience lots of things! Enjoy cooking and baking. I work from home 3-4 days a week (I work in the office space upstairs).

The ad is for full time, but I will happily consider Monday-Friday (just ask!)
