Hi there,
We’re looking for a girl to replace me in this lovely well-situated flat as I’m moving out on the 22nd of December.

Transport: the house is really well located.

7 minute walk to Ealing Common (District and Piccadilly lines)
11 minute walk to West Acton (Central line)
15 minute walk to Acton Town (Piccadilly line and night tube)
5 minute bus to Ealing Broadway with lots of shops, restaurants and gyms.

The room
The room is small but cosy with a good amount of storage in the wardrobe and under the bed. The double bed is east-facing and gets lovely morning light.

We have a very large living room with a massive TV and comfy sofas where we like to chill on evenings when we’re at home.

The kitchen is also quite big with a dining table and all the utensils and equipment you might need.

There is a shower and separate toilet which the three of us share.

The landlord is very nice and quickly gets back to us when we need something or have a problem.

Flatmates
The two other tenants are lovely laid-back girls, and we also have Lisa the cat :)
