Large attic room in clean 4 bed house on Park Drive with great transport links and friendly flatmates Martina, Corinne, and Niamh. Ben (my boyfriend) needs to replace himself in the house as we are going to Australia for a year. The room is available from 21st June really but if you need to move in earlier, or a few days later, we may be able to make arrangements.

The room is large (especially for the price and area!) with loads of floor space. There are windows on both sides of the room so there's plenty of light, and they are double glazed so not much road noise. It comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, shoe rack, shelves, fridge (for water instead of going down 2 flights of stairs), small table and a set of plastic drawers.

There's also an IKEA Malm 4 drawer bought in Jan for £55 which is for sale on eBay or it can stay if you would like to buy it.

The road is very quiet and most of our neighbours are families. Acton Town is 5 mins walk away and has frequent Piccadilly and District line services. There are bus stops also 4-5 mins away. Getting to the M4 takes 5 minutes as we can exit onto the North Circular from the road. Parking on the road is free at weekends which is good for visitors.

The house has a large shared lounge with 2 sofas (3 seater and 2 seater) plus a small dining table with 4 chairs, and a drinks fridge. The kitchen is small but has everything you need, and you can use the drinks fridge/freezer in the lounge for extra fridge space when needed.

There's a family bathroom with shower-bath, a 2nd shower room which is pretty much a cupboard with a shower in, but it's good to have! And a downstairs toilet.

All 3 of the flatmates are super friendly. Aged 27-37. Martina is from Slovakia, Corinne is from NZ, and Niamh is Irish. They're really easy to live with and the house is kept neat and clean and we have a cleaner anyway who comes every Monday to clean the common areas, which is nice.

2 mins walk to Gunnersbury park which is great for walks & jogs.

There is no admin/referencing fee, just the deposit of about 700 and rent of £565 per month, paid in advance for the month ahead. The room isn't available to couples unfortunately.

Bills are around £560 for the house, £140 a month per person, give or take including cleaner. Bills are sorted out using the Splid app to split bills and household expenses and settled up at the end of the month which makes things simple - everyone just inputs their bills and anything they buy for the house like toilet roll, hand soap, bin bags etc and it will tell you who owes what.

If you have any questions, please let us know!

Thanks,
Maddie.
