Looking for someone to take over our contract of a double room with a private bathroom in a 2 bed flat. You would be sharing with another couple from New Zealand who are very friendly, relaxed and considerate. The bedroom has a door to a small shared balcony (which gets the sun in the afternoon) and the flat has a (rarely found in London) large kitchen / living space.

Perfectly located between South Ealing station (Piccadilly) and Ealing Broadway (central line and national rail) and has a bus stop just outside the door. Near both a Sainsbury’s local and Ealing Broadway centre which has a large Tesco. Also plenty of places to eat and drink too!

Room may be available earlier (start of July) but unsure as it depends on when our new place is ready!

All bills are included (council tax, water, electricity, broadband, TV etc.) and it isn’t a deposit per say, instead you pay your first and last months rent upfront.
