Available until January. This huge 3 story house is in a beautiful tudor-style village in West Acton, nestled between Sheppard's Bush and Wembley. Within 10 mins walking distance are the West Acton (Central Line) and North Ealing & Park Royal (piccadilly Line) tube stations. The available room is a loft-style space with takes up the entire top floor of the house so you have a lot of privacy. You will have your own en-suite bathroom with toilet, shower and bath tub, and loads of storage space with built-in robes and several closets. There are lovely views from the windows too. The ground floor of the house has a huge front room which I mainly have to myself to catch up on Netflix (also provided free in the house), as the boys tend to hang out in their rooms when they are home. They are friendly and easy going, and would welcome someone who wants to talk/play music with them too and i think they are looking for a singer to jam with if that's your bag. One of them is a graphic designer, the other a cook, and both European. There is no smoking in the house, one housemate is a smoker but he will go outside. There is an additional large dining area and a gorgeous court yard with outside dining area. I love this little oasis and this stunning, safe, affluent area, but I have a new job and it's on the other side of London so the location isn't going to work for me sadly. Ealing is nearby (20 min walk or 1 tube station away) with all the shops Tesco, TK Maxx, H&M, etc as well as the amazing Triyoga facility, and Shootfighters MMA gym Wembley (if that's your thing). Move in around Sep 20 (can be flexible) and the original occupant of the room is due back early January. The furniture in the room belongs to them and they are a bit selective about who is going to sleep in their bed, etc understandably. Price for a couple is 850. There is also another king sized room available in the house, no ensuite. There is a third toilet on the ground floor too. Any questions just ask!
