Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Ealing Common (unfortunately) due to commitments requiring me to work out of the country. House features drive for 2 cars, garage for communal use, shared kitchen/living room as well as garden and outdoor table

Bedroom on top floor of house, floor with 2 others sharing 1 large bathroom. Bedroom features double hanging wardrobe and 3x double wardrobes with shelves. Balcony included with room and has chairs as well as views of trees from the bedroom.

Housemates vary from 22-32 and are all professionals, all like socialising as a group, but equally like to go off and do their own thing. The agency do not let sub-let otherwise I would not be giving up this room! The room itself is available on a 12 months contract, with a 6 month break clause with 2 months notice, or alternatively you can self replace to exit the contract (as I am doing myself)

Viewing is highly recommended of the house to get a full experience. £825.00 per month rent which includes all bills etc. Future tenant must be employed full time, be able to put £190 deposit down to secure the room, which will be credited from the first months rent. First months rent and last months rent is required upon signing the contract, which is then refunded at the end of the contract (acting in theory as a deposit)
