Hi! I have recently left Uni and have been offered an exciting job so unfortunately have to move out pretty soon. I have lived in this flat for the past 3 years and loved it! The flat is located right by the Thames (see the view from balcony on the last picture) in Royal Arsenal, Greenwich. The room up for rent is the en-suite and biggest bedroom in the flat.
You would share the flat with two girls, both Musical Theatre Students! The building comes with a concierge, so you never have to worry about missing a parcel ;)
The flat is on the second floor and consists of 3 Bedrooms (one of them being the en-suite), a bathroom (shared between the two other tenants), a kitchen and a lounge area. The flat also comes with a balcony and stunning view!
The room is £600 + bills (usually £30 a month incl. wifi) and comes fully furnished.
My tenancy does not end until September 2021, but the landlord has agreed to adjust it and replace my name with the new tenant. This means your tenancy would run until September 2021 (then you can still renew it :) ).
