Double, furnished room in a beautiful and spacious house in Abbey Wood (right in front of huge areas of woodland and yet only an 8 minute walk to the train station).

There's a large garden, the whole house is furnished to a high standard and the road is really leafy and quiet.

Broadband is included and there are no fees at all. I realise the process of moving is stressful enough. Elec/gas/water are on a meter and we submit readings each month (and as it's shared, they are always very low).

The room has a double bed and mattress, white Ikea wardrobe, Ikea chest of drawers etc. and the other house mate is a lovely guy called Arthur. I occupy the top room but mainly use it as a storage place and am rarely there.

Couples are welcome (though we'd need to agree a little extra on the rent for that) and Arthur can show you around whenever is convenient, starting off with a virtual viewing on Whatsapp given the social distancing rules. We can progress to a real viewing if you're keen after that.
