The bedroom is carpeted, warm and quiet.
It incorporates three distinct areas:

A beautiful newly refurbished shower-room is adjacent to your room for your use only.

The kitchen is well stocked with cooker, hob, microwave, washing machine, and a large selection of cooking utensils, all of which you are free to use.
Off the kitchen is a pretty dining room / garden room with underfloor heating. This is a pleasant sunny space to sit and use your laptop or chat over a cup of tea.
This leads on to a charming private patio and garden.
Smoking is allowed in the garden only.
Belsize Village and variety of shops are only 4 minutes walk away.
Also within easy distance are an Everyman cinema, leisure centre with gym and pool, Hampstead Heath and Camden Market.
I love this area and would be glad to help you explore and enjoy it too !
I am easygoing and relaxed, and hope to have a friendly relationship with my flatmate, although I also need my own space, and respect others privacy too.
Be aware that I am an early to bed, early to rise person. Most nights you will have the living room to yourself, but I am up and about in the flat early.
I am active, young at heart and very open to sharing with people much younger than myself.
Although straight myself, I am totally LGBT friendly.
Being very tidy I expect that in my flatmate also please. Keeping the flat clean and in good order is non negotiable. We each clean our own bedrooms and bathrooms and share the chores in the communal areas.
Alternatively I would like to discuss sharing the costs of a weekly cleaner.
All utility bills are included in the rent.
Sorry but this is not available to anyone who works full time from home.
It is available for short term lets of 1 month to 3 months at a slightly higher rate of £450 per week.
I hope that this covers everything, but if you do have any questions please don't hesitate to ask !
I will be showing the room to prospective flatmates on Saturday 18 and/or Saturday 25 October.
Thank you, I look forward to hearing from you.
