Large 2.5 bedroom flat located 7 min walk from Swiss Cottage (Jubilee) and and 12 min walk from Belsize Park (Northern Line). Very quick to central London

Loads of parks nearby including Primrose Hill and Hampstead Heath.

The Room has plenty of storage space, with in built drawers and cupboard. There is also a huge desk, extremely useful for creatives. This used to be my old design work bench.

The house has a large kitchen and living room with plenty of plants (which will need watering as part of the agreement)

Its an old family home so there are lots of homely features and we're looking for someone who will take care of our home.

You'll be sharing with a 22y/o medical student who is very tidy and considerate and does not drink/ party. It's the vibe that we'd like to keep in the house.
