Hi my name is sharon I am 51 years old and I'd like to rent out my double room short term only.
Its a nice cosy room with tv, firestick, bedside table, wardrobe and a desk with chair. my accommodation is room only with a shared kitchen and bathroom. I have a drive and there is also visitors parking spaces available. its a pretty quiet area, end of terrace house. It's around a 10min drive to Tonbridge station or the bus routes into town are around 1min walk away! Of a weekend I do sometimes entertain my family or friends.
