It's a lovely ground-floor flat, consisting of three bedrooms, a large living room, large kitchen, two bathrooms, and a patio. The flat was renovated in 2016 and we are the first tenants (previously it was the owners living here). Our flatmate is moving away, so we are looking for someone to take her room. The flat is fully furnished, as shown in the pictures, plus washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The available room has a new single ottoman bed, desk, clothes rail, nightstand, and a chest of drawers. The room shares a bathroom with one more person.

The flat is perfectly located - 2 minute (literally!) walk from Tooting Bec Station, 2 minutes from Sainsbury’s and 5 from Lidl. There are a ton of nice pubs and local restaurants in the area and the Tooting Bec Common and Lido are just 10 minutes away.

The other two bedrooms are occupied by Charlotte (a radiographer) and me (a researcher). We both work full-time, are pretty laidback and like socialising over a glass of wine, but equally happy to do our own individual things. We are looking for one more tidy, considerate, and friendly (preferably female) flatmate.

The bills (TV licence, Internet, gas, electric, water, council tax) are included in the price.
