I am a very friendly young Italian professional, working full time in the city and so I will be out most of the time.
I am also renting an other smaller room single use occupied by Rita and Matteo, lovely Italian couple also working in hospitality (there is NO live in landlord).
This accommodation it's perfect for someone that would like A PLACE TO CALL HOME rather than end up in a noisy crowded building with small rooms and many other flatmates.
The kitchen is adorable and quite big with a sweet victorian vibe to it (it looks much better in person!)

I am very clean and tidy and extremely easy to get along with, as long as we'll respect each other and rent payment will be always punctually forwarded, we will get perfectly along :)
