I'm Nicole and i have been tasked with the duty of filling one of the bedrooms which are now free in our lovely house! The house is a two minute walk from Tooting Bec Common which is lovely for walks, running and sports. There are two of us living in the house at the moment.

I am really looking to have a nice homely environment where we can watch movies, sip wine and eat snacks on a regular basis! We have Netflix and Sky in the living room and also most of the rooms have underfloor heating which is lush! The room also has an inbuilt wardrobe.

The Landlord has an offer on that if you pay three months rent in advance it works out to £750 each month and for six months it would work out to £700 each month

We keep the place neat and tidy. There is also a bi-weekly cleaner. love cooking and eating! watching Netflix, doing fun things inside and outside the house but also giving eachother space.
It’s a five bedroom house but there are 4 bathrooms and Three of them are en-suites.

The walk is easy enough to either the northern line (tooting bec) or southern line to victoria (Streatham). There are buses right to Wimbledon, Clapham / Clapham Junction, Battersea and Brixton.

Also its free parking all around so no permits
