Seeking two young professionals!

Unfortunately my two housemates are moving out due to work commitments, leaving me with two rooms to fill in this lovely house! We have two large double rooms available in a modern, furnished house including a large garden with bbq.

A bit about myself:
I’m a 25 y/o professional who works in the city (there’s no wfh for me unfortunately so I’m in every day!) I've been here for two years and really like the house/area, hence why I’d like to stay. Also value for money in this house is great. I like the usual: gym, pubs, socialising, sports, travelling etc!

Looking for people who want to make it more of a home than just a houseshare!

Location:
The house itself is less than a 5 minute walk away from tooting broadway station, on a side road just off the main high street. Aldi/Lidl/Sainsbury’s/gym/pool/post office are all less than 5 minutes away.

Rooms:
We have a shared open plan living room/kitchen. The rooms on offer are very bright and spacious. All are equipped with a desk and chair, so perfect for working from home. There's also a small-ish room which can be converted into an office if required. The house has also recently been renovated, including new carpets, repainted and a new bathroom.

- 2 Bathrooms (2 Showers, 1 Bath)
- Large garden with bbq
- Dishwasher
- Drying room/office room (whichever you please)
- 2 Fridges
- Street Parking

Bills are roughly £70 a month including council tax, broadband, power, water and TV Licence.

The landlady is fantastic and lives just around the corner; very attentive in case we ever need anything.

Move in date is very flexible: anytime around end of august and start of september.
