We are looking for someone to join us in this friendly 4 bedroom house share of young professionals. Both rooms are good sized doubles and come fully furnished.

The house is spacious, and was completely refurbished in the second half of 2017.

The vacant room is large, with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The room is on the first floor at the back of the house so is nice and quiet. Downstairs there is a shared living room and kitchen, and also a second bathroom with a shower. We also have a patio area with table and chairs, which is great for BBQs.

Both housemates you would be sharing with are young professionals, male, aged 26-30 We are looking for people who would be happy to join in with house activities like joint meals and pub trips etc (lockdown permitting!!) We enjoy chilling out in the house together, and also going out together.

The house is situated just 2 minutes from Tooting Broadway underground station. This is on the Northern Line, which gives you great transport links to central London/the West End, and the City of London, and runs 24/7 on Friday and Saturday nights.

Tooting itself is a fun, vibrant and safe area to live in. We are near both the markets in Tooting, and very close to Sainsbury's, Lidl and Aldi. There are a number of great pubs, shops and restaurants.

The house has fast broadband (150mb).

The rent is £700 per month, and bills are roughly £40-80 per month. There are NO AGENCY FEES. The landlord is private and we deal with him directly - he is very responsive and good at sorting things out.
