Double Room in friendly Tooting flat

Elliott and I are looking for a new housemate in our flat in Tooting. The flat is homely with a good-sized communal area (living room/kitchen) where we enjoy spending time together. There is a small garden at the back, which is great in the summer! The double room is £358 + bills (usually around £30)
I am a charity worker and dog walker and Elliott is a medical student.

The flat is in a great area, with easy access to central London (40 mins away by tube, train or cycle) and loads of things to do. Tooting has everything: from incredible Indian restaurants to the famous markets (Tooting Market and Broadway Market, with restaurants, bars, cafés), with other excellent pubs and restaurants along the high street. The Mayor of London lives around the corner.
The flat is located right next to Tooting overground station (Thameslink trains to Blackfriars and Farringdon every half an hour) and a 12 minute walk from Tooting Broadway. Tooting Common is just over a mile away. Lidl is a 2-min walk away, and there's a large Sainsbury's nearby.
