Myself and my housemate are moving out due to the pandemic and are looking for someone to take over our tenancy. Both rooms are large doubles and equal in size, one upstairs and one downstairs. There is a shared living room and conservatory with a dinner table and a large sized garden. There is also a spare room which we currently use for laundry/storage but there is a sofa bed in there which folds to a double bed for guests.

You will be living with a 22 year old professional (f) who is not working from home so will be out during weekdays. She is kind, quiet, and clean, and pretty sociable and fun.

Ideally we would be looking for two people to move in together as the current letting agency would prefer this. However this isn’t essential and could have the rooms separately.

Move in date isn't set in stone as we need to give one months notice after we find someone.

The letting agents are helpful and efficient, they respond to problems in the house in a timely manner (we are currently getting a new bathroom window).
