After 4 years in this lovely house I am sadly moving on… but leaving a great room with great housemates available!

The room is a good size, garden facing and has lots of storage space – it’s also lovely and warm in winter.

You will be living with housemates Eric, Grace and Lloyd. We are a friendly house who enjoy a netflix binge with a curry or an evening out at the pub but also respect each others space and time alone. We have also all been sucked into Wordle and its variants so be prepared for some stiff competition in the house chat!

The house itself is located on a quiet street, has a good sized living room and a large garden for those long awaited summer bbqs.

Within a 2 minute walk are countless top quality curry houses as well as a lidl and tesco express. Its also only 5 minutes from tooting bec tube station. Tooting Market and the High Street have plenty of great food and drink options.

The let is done through a local agency whos office is just round the corner and who are very quick to fix any issues.

We also have a cleaner who comes once a fortnight.

Rent is 625 excluding bills that normally come to about 100 and the deposit is roughly 5 weeks rent.
