I'm looking for someone to take over my newly decorated double bedroom in a 3 bed flat. I've lived here for 3 years and have loved every minute, the only reason I am leaving is due to a pay cut which has lead me to move further out for cheaper rent - although the rent for this room is a steal considering the location.

You'll be living with two socialable tidy gals both WFH at the minute. They love watching films and binging on netflix in the evening with a glass of wine. Phoebe -26 and Cynthia 25. They are currently still at home after Christmas so you may have the flat to yourself for a bit.

The flat is ridiculously close to the tube station, tooting common and local shops and pubs. The common is such a great place to have close by during the lockdown - especially for those who like to run. Rent in £617 with bills coming to £80, such a steal for £700 all in!

Move in date is flexible. Will arrange viewings over Facetime.
