I have a Double room available in my flat for 6 months starting 1st January but flexible to move in before Christmas. my current flat mate is going travelling but moving all her stuff out for the time being. This would suit anyone doing a placement of just looking for a short term let.
Rent is £920 a month ex bills. bills vary per month but it is split half with me and usually range from £90-£130 per month each.
The flat has a good sized kitchen and Living room. also has two bathrooms. the room is fully furnished including bed, chest of draws, built in wardrobe and desk.
Its is less than 5 min walk from Tooting Bec tube station on the northern line and a 10min walk from Wandsworth common train station.
You will be sharing with me. I'm 26 and work fulltime in the office as an interior stylist. I'm quite sociable, enjoy hosting dinner parties but also like my own time.
