As I am currently in the process of moving out of my current room due to other plans, I am now offering my brightly-lit, spacious room in Tooting Bec for rent.



The room is located in a 4-bedroom, semi-detached house in Tooting Bec, located only a 6 minute walk from Tooting Bec Underground Station (where there is good service to Central London via the Northern Line).

 Tooting Bec is a trendy area, and it has a range of supermarkets, restaurants, and pubs/bars within easy reach of the house.

The vibrant and picturesque Tooting Bec Common, which is perfect for a contemplative walk or going for a run, is also located only a short, 5 minute walk from the house.



The three other tenants are young professionals who work in Central London. Everyone else in the house is very nice, polite, respectful but also sociable and likes to have a chat. However, a closed door is most certainly also respected.

The room itself is brightly-lit, spacious, modern, cozy, and has a door with access to the garden. The room comes fully furnished (bed, chair, and desk).
There is a common area upstairs, a shared kitchen as well as a backyard.

The rent is 787.5 per month (not including bills). 

The house is in council tax band D.

The room is available ASAP (albeit with a preference for a move-in date after 19 December). The room is let until 2nd September 2025.
