Hey guys!

We are looking for 1 new housemate to join a lovely, homely 3 bed flat in the heart of Tooting.
It is a lovely flat spanning two floor, with a communal kitchen and living room, and a shared bathroom.

The room available is fully furnished with a wardrobe, bed & chest of drawers and is very cosy as it is the warmest room in the flat :). The room is on the top floor of the flat with one of the other rooms.
The flat is £900pcm, excluding bills (£100pp pcm in bills roughly).

The flat is in a great location with both Tooting Bec and Broadway tube stations 7 minute walk away.
Lidl is right opposite, with Tesco’s two minutes away and Sainsbury’s 7. There are all the amenities required right on your doorstep, and tooting common is very close. The location is ideal but the flat is not noisy and very homely.

The vibe of the flat is very chilled. Hannah is a professional and I am a medical student. We spend lots of evenings relaxing in the flat, but love a pub night. I am often off doing some sport and Hannah loves exploring new places in London. We are looking for a friendly, clean housemate who would want to make this flat their home.
