I have the best and excellent public transport options in the North of London: tube, train and bus. Tottenham Hale tube station (Zone 3 on the Victoria Line) is less than 4 minutes walk away and the best thing is, it runs for 24 hours on Fridays and Saturdays only. A great advantage of living here.

Direct access to central, West End (in 12 minutes) and Oxford Circus (15 minutes) on the same line. The adjacent train station gives easy access to Stratford (10 minutes) and Liverpool Street (14 minutes).

If you are going abroad, Stansted Airport is about 37 minutes by Stansted Express train and is well served by Ryanair. Should you need it. The bus station gives further travel options and great bus links to Central London including night buses too.

I am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. My ideal single lodger is someone who is
friendly,
experienced with living with other people,
communicative,
honest,
has common sense, responsible,
mindful,
and finally and most importantly must be clean and tidy (like me so this is very essential!),
enjoys their own company, and, hopefully, mine as well.

A non-smoker is a must. Understands personal space, and boundaries, can also respect my privacy, and can follow simple house rules with no problems. You will clean up after yourself (myself included of course!) and leave areas as you/I’d like to find them.

You must be out at work full time in the office environment/study (university) during the daytime (9am-5pm or equivalent). Therefore, this place will suit someone who is looking for a clean, tidy, modern, cosy space to live in and using this great public transport nearby. Does not have too many personal items as storage is limited being a 2-bedroom apartment. Please note this is not a house. I am a light sleeper so if you snore loudly, this might be an issue because our bedrooms are next to each other!

Must keep shared areas and bathroom clean and tidy. Although there is a cleaner only once a week, you must tidy and clean up after yourself in the communal areas and bathroom, especially in the kitchen area for the other person to use as it's only fair and respectful. Besides, a cleaner is not there to clean up after yourself all the time.
No parties or events
No smoking or vaping
No WFH! (working from home)
No recreational drugs
No pets
No social calls during ridiculous hours in the early morning!
