The room is very big, the pictures don't do justice.
The house is semi-detached, so no noisy neighbors to worry about, the room is on the 1st floor.
The house as well as the room are very clean, no mould or other issues, it is well maintained. Top quality central heating installed, hot water or heating is never an issue.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need, from gas hob, electric oven, intelligent washing machine, separate clothes dryer recently bought, toaster, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, utensils, cutlery, pots and pans, plates, etc. Dining table with 6 chairs.
Please note, you will have your own private fridge freezer, which is super nice, you'll have plenty of space for food..
Large cupboard available for storing food. Additional storage space under stairs and in the garden shed for storing water bottles and anything else.

The toilet and bathroom are separated, so you’ll never wait for using either of them. As we have different working patterns they’ll never be busy in the morning and actually never throughout the day.

Outside there is a large garden of which we take care of all the time, we grow strawberries, other vegetables, herbs and also flowers.
We also have a large canopy outside and a large table, bench and chairs as we like to hang out more outside rather than indoor.
The house is well located in a place with loads of trees, very pleasant during the summer but not only, and the air is fresh.
At the back we have 2 large sheds, great for storing anything you like.

Just around the corner there are plenty of buses, Seven Sisters underground station is about 12 minutes away, White Hart Lane Overground station and Northumberland Park train station are also a 10 minute walk away from the house. Plenty of local shops around and a large Sainsbury’s around the corner 5 minutes away.

You will be sharing the house with a family which is comprised of 2 couples, a 15 year old quiet and well behaved boy, a year old baby, and me (I am not part of the family, we are all very nice and down to earth, friendly and helpful people.
I lived in many places in London throughout the years and this is by far the most pleasant.
First to see will move in.

You are expected to be clean and tidy.
No drugs, alcoholic or troublemakers.
Smoking is not allowed in the house.
Rent is £750 per calendar month for one person or £850 for couples with all bills included.
